ORSO is developed and published by Serdar Karakurt. This page explains the basic terms for using the app and how privacy is handled.
Privacy Policy
ORSO is designed as a simple game experience. The app does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect, sell, or share personal information.
- No tracking: ORSO does not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-app tracking.
- No account data: The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or login credentials.
- Camera, TrueDepth, and face tracking data: ORSO uses the device camera and ARKit face tracking on supported devices to detect eye blinks, left/right winks, and basic gaze/focus state for gameplay.
- Support emails: If you contact us by email, your email address and message are used only to reply to your request.
- Platform data: Apple may process download, purchase, crash, or diagnostic information under its own policies and App Store settings.
If ORSO adds features that collect data in the future, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before those changes are released.
Camera, TrueDepth, and Face Tracking Data
ORSO uses the device camera and ARKit face tracking on supported devices only to power the app's eye-controlled gameplay. During gameplay, ORSO reads temporary ARKit face tracking values, such as eye blink and eye look coefficients, to detect blinks, left/right winks, and whether the player is focusing forward.
This processing happens on the device in real time. ORSO does not record, save, upload, share, sell, or store camera video, photos, facial images, face geometry, depth maps, biometric identifiers, or TrueDepth face data.
Temporary ARKit face tracking values are used only during gameplay and are discarded immediately after processing. They are not retained after the gameplay session and are not shared with any third parties.
ORSO does not use face data for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, user identification, or tracking.
Terms of Use
By downloading or using ORSO, you agree to use it for personal entertainment and in a lawful manner. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, its artwork, or its gameplay systems.
ORSO is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Serdar Karakurt is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the app.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ORSO after an update means you accept the updated terms.
